GKB is a Latin and Asian restaurant in Wynwood with a Peruvian flair hosted by Executive Chef and Owner Rafael Perez Cambana using a variety of local and organic ingredients, preparing them with modern techniques and his very own twist.
At GKB restaurant in Wynwood our mission is to satisfy everyone. We create an extensive menu offering Latin dishes with Asian and Peruvian influences, a complete sushi bar offering everything typical and not so typical rolls, sashimi’s and nigari’s, always respecting the product’s integrity.
Peruvian Chef Rafael Perez has throughout his career worked in many international renown kitchens, such as executive chef “The Restaurant” at little palm island, “The Setai” South Beach, “The Veranda” Turnberry Isle, mandarin oriental in Aventura Miami, Executive Chef and Partner of the “Zrestaurant Group” managing 5 of the most successful restaurants in Ecuador, receiving the recognized title of Grand Chef for the most important guide of hotels and restaurants in Europe, Relais & Chateaux.
